There are many female members of the running club - in fact some weeks we have more female runners than we have male runners!

We never let women run on their own, there is always someone happy to run with you. It doesn�t matter about your ability, we just enjoy to run.

There is a changing room for the running club, but ladies, I suggest you come ready changed as the men occupy it.

Why not come down to the running club on a Wednesday evening at about 6:20, see if you like it.

Our Lady Captain is Lorna Simpkin successfully completed the Flora London Marathon last year, this year she is planning to complete the Edinburgh Marathon. Good luck Lorna
